The rules that govern Magnolia H2O campaigns, promotions, estimates, and service agreements.
Last updated: May 2026By participating in Magnolia H2O campaigns, promotions, or subscribing to our marketing communications, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not subscribe to or use our services.
Magnolia H2O provides pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, vent hood cleaning, and paver sealing services in Central Mississippi. All services are performed by trained, insured technicians using equipment and methods appropriate to each surface.
All promotional offers, discounts, and seasonal campaigns are valid only for the dates specified and within our standard service area. Offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated and are subject to availability, scheduling, and weather conditions.
Estimates provided through our campaigns are based on the information you supply and are subject to on-site verification. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual job conditions differ from the original scope. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Magnolia H2O reserves the right to refuse, reschedule, or cancel any job that cannot be safely or properly performed.
By providing your phone number and email, you consent to receive automated marketing messages, appointment reminders, follow-ups, and promotional offers from Magnolia H2O. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to SMS messages or clicking unsubscribe in our emails. Opting out of marketing will not affect transactional communications related to active jobs or estimates.
Jobs are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and may be rescheduled by Magnolia H2O due to weather, equipment, or safety concerns. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice when possible.
We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any area we cleaned, contact us within 7 days of service completion and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost.
Magnolia H2O is not responsible for pre-existing damage, naturally weathered surfaces, loose paint, deteriorated caulking, or conditions disclosed prior to service. We will not perform services that, in our judgment, pose a safety risk or risk of damage to property.
Magnolia H2O reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any campaign or promotion at any time without prior notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
All content, branding, photography, and materials used in our campaigns and on our website are the property of Magnolia H2O and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
